Rude and aggressive staff that can barely speak English. False advertising of pricing. Everywhere outside and even on the sign at the booth it says 12 hour parking for $16 including tax, but when I went to pay it was closer to $19. I tried to ask him why it wasn't $16 and he yelled to give him the card and then told me to do it myself. He didn't even give me my keys until I asked again. 0/5 stars but it only allows me to go down to 1 star for the rating. They also had to move my car seat to park the car 4 feet away from where I left it...

Parked here for 24 hours - no surprise fees. Customer service was hard to reach via phone but was nice and helpful once they were reached. The valet on site doesn't speak English very well and doesn't seem that motivated to help customers either. Car was moved even within just a 24 hour period so likely they move vehicles frequently if you utilize long term parking. They utilize cones to reduce chance of scratches/dings.

I’ve used this parking lot a couple times before and usually set up my parking online. This time I did it while and noticed they had new management. Usually it’s pretty simple I show them my online pass go in and it’s a smooth ride come back pick up my car. This time the attendant was EXTREMELY rude. He refused to look at my online pass and gave me a nasty attitude while I had children in the vehicle. I kept trying to explain to them how to drive my vehicle and just keep getting argued with about parking at the location. This just shows me that the new management shows no respect for their customers or their vehicles. They refused to give me a refund so I took my business right down the street to the LM Gotham garage. Didn’t even have to speak to an attendant. It’s a couple more bucks but

Tried to park here, but this guy got super aggressive with us when we asked him questions about time and rate. Was talking us most rudely, saying how its not self parking and to talk to him, but also instead of talking to us - got in a fight. Actually never met such an infuriating person before. Left in a hurry as he made us feel unsafe. Would not recommend this place to anyone. RUDEST EMPLOYEE OF THE CENTURY.

Kwame and Emmanuel are the absolute worst. I got cursed at and berated simply because THEY could not find my keys. They are vile human beings. I had been parking there religiously for three years. Their consistent nasty attitude is the reason I will no longer visit this establishment. Additionally, I called customer service and was told I would receive a call from the regional manager the next day. The regional manager has not called me. Terrible customer service!
