LAZ Parking - 105 Greene Garage

I park at this garage quite often. However the last time I parked something was stolen out of my trunk. Thank goodness it was not extremely valuable but it was just the principle of the matter. We leave our vehicles with hopes of it being safe and now we have to worry about our valuables being stolen by the EMPLOYEES!!! Such a shame!

I truly appreciate how attentive and courteous Diony, Ronald and Loza are every single day. Always welcoming with a smile and kind attitude, they consistently make parking here such a pleasant experience. Diony, Ronald and Loza take great care of my vehicle daily, and it never goes unnoticed. Thank you for always going above and beyond Diony, Ronalf and Loza!

Nice guys; great location; FIX YOUR PHONE LINES; their phones work 70% of the time. So build enough time if you need your car fast. u guys get five stars if u fix this issue.

If you care about your car, don’t park here. LAZ Parking has damaged my vehicle and then denied responsibility, claiming it was “pre-existing damage.” I had clear before-and-after photos taken at the garage, showing the car was undamaged when I dropped it off, and newly damaged when I picked it up; yellow paint transfer on the door edge, which revealed paint stripped to bare metal underneath. I pointed the issue out to the attendants at pickup, who provided me with the area manager’s email. I emailed him immediately with the photos, yet the company still closed my claim as pre-existing without properly addressing the evidence. This experience shows a lack of accountability and poor customer service. If you care about your vehicle and want peace of mind, I strongly recommend avoiding this

Absolutely terrible experience. The employees were rude and showed no concern for customer time. I had to wait 10 minutes to pick up my car because of their incompetence, and they still had the audacity to charge me for an extra hour. Completely dishonest, unprofessional, and a total rip-off. I will never be coming back and strongly recommend others avoid this place.
