When leaving after parking my car, I can use the building lobby, but when I try to return to find my car, the security guard stops me. They tell me to enter through the dangerous vehicle entrance instead. There is no separate pedestrian walkway.

Quiet street to stand and wait for someone. Low budget Restaurants are just a walk from each other. Friendly area for travelers.

You really have to pay attention to exactly where this entrance is for parking, it's easy to take the ramp before this one and end up in the wrong building. But the parking is easy here.

Overpriced small parking places difficult to get in and out even in a compact Toyota Corolla. I don't know how people afford to park in DC and work thank God I was only there to get my passport.
