Lot is closed as building has no tenant. Do not understand why this location is still listed, neither does on site security who told us the same as everyone else - complain to park wiz to try and get our money back. That is not a fun process either
building was closed, unable to enter the parking garage, phone call using the kiosk resulted in a "hang-up" security guard told me to leave, unable to contact PARKWHIZ for any assistance.
Absolutely horrible. Was told a garage was open and available on Saturdays and booked my reservation. But upon arrival informed by garage personnel that they are closed to public on weekends so was unable to use my paid reservation. I submitted a request for a refund, but have not received a response yet.
Parking garage was closed after Parwhiz charged me for booking a space. I want my refund. It is closed on weekends.
