LAZ Parking - 2001 S Street NW Garage

Great 24 hour access parking deck just a couple of blocks from the Madera hotel. It was $21. A day. Monday through Friday, easy access until 11 PM. After that they have a intercom button you push and you have to wait for someone to come and let you into the deck but you can get your car at any time.

This place was the absolute worst. Our parking ticket says they close at 11, but we were verbally told 6. We arrived at 4:15 to find the place shut. We tried calling every number on the ticket, but no one answered and all the voice mail boxes were full. No answer at 430 on a weekday! When we called the emergency number, they claimed "all garages are open and attendants are available", so even that didn't work. We literally just couldn't get our car at 415 on weekday, despite being told otherwise.

Worst place to park in DC. I parked my car on Wednesday at 4pm and when I went back to get my car at 10pm the garage was closed. I called the emergency number and it was not valid. I went back the next day and the garage was still closed. Again, I called the number on my ticket and no response, not even a voicemail. I called 10 times. I messaged their corporate office and still no response. Today is Friday and my car is still stuck in the garage and I cannot seem to get anyone to respond to my calls and emails. EVERYONE PLEASE BE AWARE. LEARN FROM MY EXPERIANCE... DO NOT PARK IN THEIR GARAGE. WORST MISTAKE OF MY LIFE!!

Do not use this place. The ParkChirp App they advertise is not honored there, though they will will still take your money. Inquired with their corporate office for a refund and still no response.

Just know you need to go back b4 they close and you'll be ok. Can't complain I paid $10 for a day. Don't look for Parkchirp..sign says LAZ or something like that
