LAZ Parking - 2025 M Street

This is possibly the worst customer service experience I have ever had in my entire life. I purchased monthly parking through spot hero for $245/ month at the beginning of July. I was told to email someone at the garage so my parking pass and key fob could be dropped off. Over the course of the whole month I went to the service desk 6 times to which they always told me that they did not have the parking pass there or could not find it. Not one time did any of the attendants bother looking for it either. I finally emailed the manager again to which they said they would drop the key fob and pass off again. When I went for the first time today, the attendant said there was no parking pass there for me and after I asked him to look around he found the parking pass from July, which presumably h

I have had a really bad experience here. Customer service is really lacking. I have had several issues throughout the course of parking here and customer service does not respond in a timely manner and often is unhelpful. It's very frustrating because it is expensive to park here and I can't even access my car half the time because my key into the garage never works. Like other people who have written reviews, I was told that my fob would be with an attendant and it was not. They made me call someone to get it, but that person did not answer and it wound up taking me several calls and emails to finally get a hold of someone. Despite all of this, they still made me pay the $30. I have been parking here for over a month now and the fob doesn't even work, so I paid the fee for nothing.

TLDR: “flat rate” is NOT flat rate, you have to pay an extra $10 fee if you don’t leave within 15 minutes of paying at the machine - EVEN IF THAT IS WITHIN THE FLAT RATE TIME. FYI: I parked here for just over an hour for an appointment. I understood that the price was a flat $18 for 1-3 hours. All signs in the garage say to pay at the machine by the elevators prior to leaving. I paid the $18 and then proceeded to leave but spent 5-10 minutes getting my stuff situated into the car. Then when I was leaving I had to wait for other cars to park and exit. When I put my ticket into the machine it told me I had an outstanding balance of $10. The old dude that works there barely speaks English. Walked up to me like he was going to snatch my keys from me after I asked him if I could keep my keys since he wouldn’t move the car. Super confrontational. If my partner wasn’t there I would’ve knocked him out on the floor. Pay the extra whatever and avoid at all costs.

LAZ PARKING SUCKS!!!!! Please park anywhere else. They will scratch your car, charge you extra & then not be able to communicate with you. They don't care about you as a customer. Attendants only car about your wallet & how much you will tip them. 10$ tip was too small for the attendant who refused to get my car.
