LAZ Parking - 2100 L Street NW

Great garage, great parking staff but management is terrible. I have been asking for months for a monthly parking rate. I have been told over and over again, for multiple reasons, of why I need to wait longer each time, and ignoring my emails. It took a while to get a response from management period. When I finally did, I was talking through the staff until I realized we were getting no where and the man was going to continue giving her the run around. Finally getting in touch with him myself two months ago, I was told I needed to wait due to a contract with construction workers, but they would help after that. Sevea weeks ago, I was told to "give him 2 weeks and he's got me, don't worry" and now suddenly there's nothing he can do and wants to send me elsewhere. I park in this garage daily
