LAZ Parking - 700 13th St Garage

This garage has the most sweetest employees when I park here during the week for work. I've been parking here for years solely because of them, even though I work across the street where we have our own parking garage with valet. These guys have helped me out of a tight space or two, literally. I have known them to pay out of their own pocket for a regular who forgot their wallet. I have seen people yell at them for not opening earlier, because that person got in trouble at their job for being late. Like, a full on screaming tantrum, and these guys stayed calm and apologized and let her yell even though they cannot control the business hours. I parked in this garage yesterday to meet friends for lunch and had the BEST experience ever. I was nervous about driving and parking downtown DC from Virginia, but the attendant who assisted me was extremely helpful. Not only was he able to find my ticket, but he showed me where to park. I'm so sorry I didn't get his name, but he was there when I arrived at 12:30pm to park, and what an exceptional employee you have, LAZ!!! Thx!!!

My friend and I got lost and ended up in this garage rather than the one we had a reserved spot in. The attendant was a condensing and sexist jerk who blamed us because he wasn’t doing his job well.

Well-lit and clean. No signs posted to indicate which direction you should drive or where the exit is. Aisles are extremely narrow and the spots are difficult to park in unless you’re in a compact vehicle.

Small garage but nice because you pay the guy immediately, so when you leave you don't have to stop and pay at a gate. Full day $22
