LAZ Parking - 80 M Street, SE

The manager is extremely professional and courteous. His employees are always helpful and share the same professionalism at all times. The garage is also very clean and maintained. I usually don't do reviews for parking spat ...but this is an exception!. I have a monthly memberships for parking and my own company which has an office in the building.

I had an excellent experience with this parking garage. From the moment I reached out, the team was incredibly polite, responsive, and accommodating. They made the process of securing a temporary parking pass effortless, getting me set up and parked right away without any hassle. Samuel (garage operator) was the best to work with! So hospitable and kind. In a city where parking can often be stressful, they were by far one of the easiest and most professional vendors I’ve worked with in DC. The service was seamless, communication was clear, and their customer care went above and beyond. Hands down the best parking experience I’ve had in the area—highly recommend!

Had a really good experience parking here. Management did a good job watching over vehicles and making sure they were stored safely. They were also really responsive over email which was super helpful as well. Highly recommend this garage. Easy to get car any hour of day and night too.

If busy they will double park cars so you can’t get out until the owner of the other car comes back. It takes a long time to get out of the garage after an event. A very big hassle considering it cost $80 to park.

Great place for visitors. Great staff. Safe parking. They're located next to the metro and all things food
