my first and last experience on arrival your ask to wait for attendant then discuss the price before parking. Sir I can read price listed on the wall. After parking I need your car key . Why because I will have to move your car. Bro why do you need to move my car. Because the parking spaces are for monthly space holders only So I'm paying for you 2 move my vehicle I just parked no way bro. Sounds fishy.

Terrible service from "Ben" who became belligerent when I was complaining that the building (carefully acknowledging that it was NOT his fault) had no elevator, and anyone with any mobility issues couldn't get up the car ramps from their cars. (It's even dangerous, as there is no separation from cars whizzing down and up the ramps!). They have handicapped parking spots, but you cannot use the stairs without a "fob" and ... there are no elevators into the building! Also, $22 for 2 hours parking is highway robbery. I will never park in that lot again,

Why you have help button by the gate for ?? I didn’t have my credit card with me and I called the help to ask what is my options to pay , she answered me aggressively and rude “find your way , this is stealing” OMG I I’m asking you what is options to pay. I’m sure it’s happened before Then I looked at ticket I found there’s way to pay by text , I paid gate OPENED and she keep yelling. No help Bad customer service rude Why you work at help customers why there’s button says HELP

I was charged for 2 hours when I was only parked IN THE DRIVE for 45 minutes. If you want to be ripped off, park here !

Parking scam & they will scratch your car. LAZ parking SUCKS!
