LAZ Parking - 95 Greene Garage

My week-old car had some kind of spew all over it when I came to pick it up (see pic). As it's a new car, it was also very obvious by the odometer that these guys decided to go for a 20+ mile joy ride. This was my 3rd and last time at this dump. Oh and text the number on the ticket all you want these guys aren't bringing anything up in advance.

Terrible Experience – Racial Profiling at LAZ Parking on Greene St Today, when I parked my car at the LAZ Parking location on Greene St, as instructed by my doctor’s office, I had a horrible experience. The parking attendant racially profiled me, accusing me of being involved in an open case LAZ Parking has with another customer—simply because they drove the same car and “looked like me.” Despite my repeated explanations that I had never been there before, the attendant refused to believe me, even after the manager clarified that I was not the person in question. The attendant continued insisting it was me and initially attempted to refuse my car. Fortunately, the manager intervened, allowing me to valet park, but the damage was already done. STAY AWAY AT ALL COST! I'm only offering a one star to submit the review, otherwise it would be a negative. We recently utilized the valet service within the Hyatt Regency hotel. What was meant to be an enjoyable girls weekend quickly went south. The valet lost our key to our rental, and we were stranded for hours without getting any real assistance. The employees were clearly impaired with a substance, the manger Alex Rodriguez was nonresponsive to calls initially and when he did response, he was blaming an employee that was not on the clock at the time of check in. I filed a police reported and I facilitated transportation to the airport to retrieve a new rental and made the trek back to the hotel to gather the rest of my party. I use this parking garage when I go to my doctor. Today there was a cone in front of the entrance and an attendant out front was on his phone. I pulled up and asked him if the garage was closed. He then said to me "Do you see a cone?" And when I said yes. He then said "I was a genius" Totally rude and unprofessinal
