LAZ Parking - Harborside 6 Garage

Hope you enjoy wasting hours of your life waiting to exit this place. On Feb 10th the traffic backed up to the 5th floor of the garage. Absolutely unacceptable service here considering I pay monthly.

For monthly parkers, remember to cancel your subscription one month ahead, otherwise they will still charge you for the full month even if you don’t use the garage anymore. It’s in your contract when you sign it. My one star is not because of this, it’s because they still ran my credit even after I cancelled my subscription, it’s just so hard to cancel from them, I don’t understand why…

They need to post what the charge is for a lost ticket. It seemed to be up to the whim of the attendant. None of the prices they quoted for loosing a ticket, for which I had validated parking for, were posted. With all the cameras, when I went in and out of the garage could have been easily verified.

The parking lot is easy to find and very well located. However, we read the entry instructions carefully, but the QR code reader didn't work. Except for this small detail, it was very good.

i prepaid on parkwhiz on Sundayand it was about $17/day! really good garage and within walking distance to Exchange Place PATH station
