LAZ Parking

I had a really frustrating experience with LAZ Parking at Exchange Place. When I went to pick up my car, the attendant was nowhere to be found, which delayed me even further. Despite their absence causing the delay, I was charged $10 extra for going just 2 minutes over the time limit. This feels unfair and like they were taking advantage of the situation. I expected better service and more professionalism. I won’t be parking here again and would recommend others avoid this place if they don’t want to deal with hidden fees and poor service.

I bought a monthly subscription online for this parking lot through the Laz Parking website. They took my money and never sent me some kind of confirmation or QR code to get into the garage. I was stuck outside the garage. Tried calling several phone numbers and sent several emails and no replies. Worst customer service I have experienced.
