LAZ Parking - Lafayette Centre

My hotel, which was a short walk away, suggested $65 per day for parking. Other places had $40 a day. So I was a bit surprised to find a $20 a day parking in LAZ Parking. Parking underground was exactly what I needed, and it felt perfectly safe. I picked up the car with no issue and was able to pay in cash on the machine. Don't waste your money somewhere else!

Actual hours are 6a-8p. They’re listed incorrectly at the location as well. My wife and I drove into the city and when I went to pick up my car at 830pm the gates were locked. I reached out to the after hours number and they stated it should be open. I was referred to the after hours manager. He apologized and stated he wasn’t sure why they closed early. After arranging to pick up my car the next morning I was greeted by an employee who spoke barely any English. He told me that he would “help me out.” He stated if I gave him cash he would open the gate for me. I refused and stated I wanted a receipt. He became upset that I would pay him cash and eventually showed me where I could use my card at the machine. Long story short...AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

This garage was owned by another company before and I never had problems parking. Now getting a spot is a huge ordeal since they stack the cars that they park differently. Save yourself five hours and go elsewhere.

Simoene was very helpful when I had to parked in this garage. I am so pleased there are still kind people in this horrible world. Laz Parking must promote this excellent employee! Kudos to you young lady!
