LAZ Parking - Lincoln Square

The theater elevators are "temporarily closed." The other elevators don't work on Saturdays and Sundays for pedestrians. Which means you have to push your stroller up a very steep ramp that cars go up and down. There's not even a pedestrian area to walk on. Of the three local parking lots I've been to, this one is by far the worst.

Echoing what others have said here. Do not park here on weekends, especially if you have kids/stroller or accessibility issues. The elevators were not working or accessible on the Sunday I attempted to park here. The only way to exit the garage with a stroller was up a steep, winding, and dangerous driveway. By the time I unpacked the stroller, attempted to use any of the non functioning or inaccessible elevators, repacked everything and ultimately left the garage I was a minute or two over their 15 minute grace period and still forced to pay full price before exiting.

Using your credit card as a ticket doesn't work. I had to do a lost ticket and pay $25 instead of $14. No button to call attendant.

DO NOT USE this garage!!! They have a sign of max daily fee 25 outside of the garage. We parked there from 9:30pm to next day 11:00am, they’ve charged us 50 dollars. The guy sitting at the entrance told because we’ve parked for two days!!! I called them, the garage manager told because it’s overnight parking!!! This feels like scam/cheating. If you have a specific charge rate for overnight parking, you should let customers know. You don’t just double the max daily rate!!!

I really wish I saw Google before using Spot Hero to book parking for the DC Bike Ride. The elevators and stairs are an issue, and apparently have been for years. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!
