LAZ Parking - Statesman Garage

**Update - After a follow-up email and a separate email through their website feedback platform, LAZ has begun processing my refund. I commend them for addressing this, but it shouldn't take this much to get a refund in such a simple, clear-cut situation. Bumped up to 3 stars.** I booked a parking spot for 11/28/25 at a cost of nearly $30. When I arrived, the garage was closed. I called three different help numbers, but none of the staff could do anything to locate the attendant, open the garage, or provide a refund. I had to pivot, find another parking garage nearby (which I also paid for). I've submitted an email to LAZ requesting a refund, and haven't had any response. I don't recommend using this garage - they are unreliable and unresponsive.

The lobby is never open. Have to walk down ramp risking getting hit by cars. Sometimes there are people in the lobby they will look at you and not open the doors but will take your money to park.

The lot was full and the parking attendant was extremely unhelpful when trying to exit. I got stuck at the end of the garage and had to get help from two strangers to exit without hitting another car

Beware rates have changed. Parking for 2 hours in the morning on a weekday cost $27.50!!! You can find other garages within 1-2 blocks $10 cheaper.
