LAZ Parking - Vantage Garage

EV charger is very expensive, $0.4 per kwh plus $0.5 service fee. It used to be 2 free chargers but they removed it and replaced with 6 expensive chargers. Don't park here is you want affordable charging rate for your EV.

Worst parking experience ever. I have been a resident of Vantage for nearly three years, and this garage has been the worst aspect of living here. Ignore the 5-star reviews as LAZ was posting fliers in the Vantage elevators asking for 5-star reviews for the chance to win rewards. (See picture.) Many residents' cars have been burglarized and vandalized, including mine, with management not offering any help other than saying to call the police. The key fob and ticketing system constantly have issues, causing you to have to wait up to 20 minutes just to get out of the garage after you have already paid. (This has happened to my guests multiple times, and they even added a ticket box near the exit for tickets that do not work properly.) My most recent incident was the final straw. Sharon Pee

As others noted, the worst garage ever. You will pay hundreds of dollars per month and your key will never work. And there will never be a person that can respond a call and fix anything.

Cleo and Sharon have been nothing short of exceptional. They are on top of it and very easy to work with. Fair pricing too. Edit: almost 8 months later and I still have nothing but great things to say about Sharon in particular. She is kind, understanding, cares about her tenants, and is willing to go above and beyond to make sure you're taken care of.

Can’t recommend anyone parking here long-term after this company practically jipped me in my final month here. For context, at the beginning of 2025, I let management know I was not going to renew my monthly parking subscription. Management responded to me citing a “30-day notice” clause, which in itself isn’t my issue. My issue is that management also automatically charged me for the month the moment I informed them I would be ending my subscription (auto-pay was turned off at this point)- and they didn’t ask which of my cards on file I’d like to use for said payment. What’s unfortunate is that my personal credit card was charged in favor of my company-sponsored parking debit card after the manager took it upon themself to process the final payment without my prior authorization.
