Decent services and a nice garage, but the prices are a little out of control. 24 dollars for up to nine hours. It is in a great location and very close to the museums and the mall and allows you to get to I395 pretty easily.
Place on 401 H Street NW said that it was $12 for Saturday. Didn't mention anything about closing at 11 on a Saturday night and closed on Sunday then charged me $69 dollars when I had to come in and get it in the morning on Monday. Most parking garages don't close at 11 on a Saturday night but they had misleading advertisement and then charged me.
This place is awful as well, associated with harrington hotel. Rude and made me walk 4 blocks twice to get my car and couldn't even be nice or speak English to explain what I needed to do. These people ruined my vacation and I can't not say something. We are paying costomers and this is unacceptable.
Easy in and out, close to Mall!
Make sure you use a parking app to get the best rate. Close to Natural History Museum.
