Larry did not come through for me. Replaced a control panel on a 4-year old KitchenAid range because the cancel key didn’t work. Still didn’t work after he left. Told me the part was under warranty but of stock. I followed up with him a few times and although he said the part would be back in stock soon I never heard from him again. A year later I called another appliance repair company. The problem wasn’t the control panel, it was another, much less expensive part. They fixed it in one visit.
