The technician, Tanner, was truly top-notch. He was patient and thorough, taking the time to answer all of our questions while sharing his expertise. Tyler and Wyatt were fantastic! They were prompt, personable, professional and left the area in better shape than they found it. Understand, there is a minimum number of hours you’ll be charged for the repair so even if they finish under that time you will be responsible for those hours. They explained the unused hours will be applied to future visits if needed. I Highly recommend them for your pool leak issues, the entire team (Melissa/Tanner) has been great from the start!

Not only was the job finished ahead of schedule, but the craftsmanship was top-tier. Looking at my landscaping and hardscape, you’d never even know a pool pipe had been replaced. Blake was extremely responsive to schedule, identify and repair the leaks we had on a very complicated project. Tyler and Wyatt worked great together in replacing all of the damaged plumbing in a very difficult location. The job was completed and pressure tested quickly. Once the repairs were finished, the job site was left clean and in immaculate condition. I would highly recommend this team on any of my future projects.

When is there ever a good time to meet a leak? I’ll venture a guess that most folks would say ‘never and no thank you,’ but sadly those of us with pools know leaks are about as often to happen as cannonballs in the summer. The entire crew at Leak Locators — from Blake who found EXACTLY where the leak would be after vigorous testing all around our pool, to Tyler and Wyatt who did the hard work of digging up the rocky soil and repairing the broken piping — were professional and expeditious about the whole job.
