Leblanc Oil

If I could give 10 stars I would. I called my regular oil company, Leblanc Oil, for emergency oil delivery on Saturday morning before a big storm. We had been away for a few weeks and just realized how low our tank was. I was told they were out straight and emergency delivery wouldn’t be until Tuesday, after the storm. I called several other companies trying to get some oil and was told the same thing. No one could deliver before Tuesday. So I called Leblanc’s back and scheduled it for Tuesday as I didn’t have any other options. I turned my heat down low and bought a couple space heaters fully preparing to run out of oil. Leblanc Oil was the company my dad always trusted and relied on, and after his passing they continued to show that same care and reliability to our family. While maintaining the house and preparing it for sale, they were incredibly accommodating with emergency deliveries and final readings, which meant so much during a stressful and emotional time. The customer service was truly spectacular — every person I spoke with was kind, patient, and helpful, especially Mikayla, who personally assisted me on multiple occasions. Fair pricing, dependability, and genuine kindness — it’s hard to come by these days. I am so grateful for Leblanc Oil and highly recommend them.

They take a long time to get to you. Something was wrong with my oil tank &they came to my house to fix it while I was at work, cranked it to 77 for 5 hours. I lost a quarter tank of oil. When I called to ask if this is normal practice, the woman was very rude to me & told me I only lost 1 gallon. Wouldn’t it be nice if cranking the heat to 77 for five hours only used up 1 gallon of oil.

If I could give this company a negative star I would. After listening to one of my family members speaking to somebody named Makayla who claimed to be the owner, I would never recommend this company to anybody! She was so rude and literally disrespectful and insulted a family member of mine because she was upset after given misleading/false information a day prior. She was told oil was going to be delivered Friday by an employee that she spoke to yesterday however Makayla called at 4:30 PM today and stayed that in order to have oil delivered tomorrow, she has to be present for somebody to come into the home and look at the tank before oil can be delivered. This kind of information should have been mentioned yesterday when the employee from Leblanc told her they were sending oil to the home

They are very unpunctual, they don't give you arrival times. The driver came to my house twice and didn't wait 2 minutes. The customer service didn't care. They changed the delivery schedule, so I waited more than 10 days. They are very rude and don't care about customers! You can get better service anywhere else.
