I have hated my floors for 5 years..finally it was time..I spoke to several people and was put off...then I called Scotty...on a Thursday afternoon. My floors were done by the following Wednesday. The installers could not have done a better job, could not have been more polite and conscientious. I am over the moon!! I would recommend Scotty and his people, and his flooring choices to EVERYONE!!! No stress, no mess..just couldnt have been a better or nicer experience.

After trying to find a good home improvement company for quite awhile, we were introduced to LeClaire Home Design, and we are so thankful. We dealt primarily with the owner Scott. He was helpful and patient during the design and selection process. They started the job on time and stayed on the job through completion. We couldn't be happier with the results!! Quality work. they claim to be a flooring company, however when i tried to get work done they said that doing floor repair and floor work was not something they were capable of doing. if your going to not do work that you claim to be able to do then you shouldn’t advertise it! plain and simple.

I would HIGHLY recommend this business. From start to finish, I felt like we were treated like royalty. Our sales professional was accurate, caring, and knowledgeable. Our installer was on time, considerate, talented and so professional! The job took 5 days and we are so happy with our new staircases and flooring. I highly recommend LeClaire!
