The new gutters look good, but, most importantly, they work! We had flood level rains a week post- installation and our basement stayed dry for the 1st time in years. Quick installation (less than 2 hours) with no mess left behind. Only thing that was mildly irritating was only being given 1 day notice of install, but since we weren't required to be home, that was minor. Since we haven’t been through leaf-falling season yet, I can't say what that will look like, but in seeing the design in action, I am confident that hubby's days of climbing a ladder to clean out debris are over. Glad we chose to make this upgrade to our home.

As with many previous reviews I have recently seen, Lednor shows up quickly for the sale and install but good luck getting them to respond to a service request. We had our Gutter Helmet installed in March 2022. Recently we have noticed water rushed over the Gutter Helmet and pouring onto our deck. I called their service department on 7/14 at 1:26 PM and left a message with name, address, install date and issue. I received an automated text response at 1:34 PM stating they received the voicemail but they are busy with "a recent surge in storm-related requests"....sure I can appreciate that can cause a delay of a day or two for a return call. So after 8 days and no response from Lednor I called again at 3:08 PM on 7/22 and referenced my call from over a week prior and again stated my name

We had our gutters replaced March 2025. The Gutter Helmet by Lednor Home Solutions did a great job and their pricing is very competitive. The installation took just a few hours. Our old gutters were not sloped correctly and were leaking at the seams. Our new gutters are great, there are no leaks, and have already handled heavy rain this year well. Would recommend to anyone looking for new gutters. Repeat customer additional review: we were very happy with our gutters, so we had Lednor come back to add the Gutter Helmet to our gutters. Should have done both together. Overall would recommend for both gutter installation and the Gutter Helmet system.

Their website and sales pitch claim that this product can handle “22 inches of rain per hour” which is "nearly double the highest recorded rainfall in the U.S." However, when they installed the system on July 3 they screwed on a few extra pieces of metal to divert water from a downspout. This seems unnecessary given their claims and it created a waterfall which leads to flooding my garage. Gutterhelmet has been unresponsive except to schedule a late August service call. A letter to Lednor CEO was ignored. I suggest looking elsewhere for a better product and company.

I got gutter helmet installed by Lendor. Their estimate process was straight forward without any pressure. Kudos to Corey Bates for being patient with me during the estimate process including waiting for me despite my commuting delays. The helmets were installed at the scheduled time. The team was very efficient completing the job in less than 2 hours. I've inspected the results during medium rain and so far, it's exactly what I needed for the house. Great job guys!
