TERRIBLE customer service. Lee electric cut our power with NO warning. They claimed to have knocked on our door and we know this is a lie because people were home during all the times they claimed to have knocked and our two hyperactive dogs didn’t bark at all.

So you have a crew well several crews in my area doing work for REC. Your employees are amazing that's working this area. In the 2500 block of our road. He has came twice and said that we had to cut your electric off. This is to change out all the piles in the area for this fire fly thing coming though I am sure which is fine because we have nothing. But, this one guy is top notch wonderful personality great with the customers. I didn't get his name but he's tall skinny wore mirrored sunglasses. Always wondered if I needed the electric for anything be4 they turned it off. Now that is very thoughtful and courteous along with the business mind set. I give these white truck a number 10 on a 1 to 5 scale they are top notch. REC at least got a good company this time.. thanks Lee electrical for

The owner of this company is awesome. I had an issue with how some of the workers handled something and he cared enough to come right to my house and apologize in person. THAT'S RARE THESES DAYS!

Let me start by how amazing the crew was! Unfortunately I didn’t get their names but I found them on HWY 6 here in Hitchcock. I explained to them what was happening and that I’m the only house without power, they followed me and found the problem within seconds!! With Hurricane Beryl and others without power, this crew was the sweetest & most caring crew I’ve came across especially working in this heat!! Forever grateful & thankful I found them!

Thank you Lee Electrical Construction for coming to Texas after Hurricane Beryl! Their trucks were on Hardin Store Road leading into our subdivision and they restored our power in this heat wave after we had been out of power for 3 miserably hot days and nights. My family and I can't thank these men enough for their hard work and making a difference🥰
