I had a pond filled with 35+ years of silt and broken drain pipe. Lee drained the pond, removed the silt, shaped and cleaned up sides and installed a new drain line system. I couldn't be happier with the work. He was there when he said he would be, strong work ethic, easy to communicate with and adjusted to changes I made as we went along. His price was fair and I will not hesitate to use him in the future. I would recommend him to anyone needing excavation/grading work. Very satisfied customer.

My family and I are building a home on an old homestead family farm. The location for our home is on the edge of a hay field. The terraces in the field and the lay of the land was challenging to say the least to get a level pad set for our home. We were recommended Lee Scism Grading from a family friend.
