He explained what was wrong and walked me through all the steps to fix it, using very clear, non-technical language. The repair was completed efficiently, and they left the workspace spotless when they were done. The price was fair and exactly what was quoted beforehand.

Lee's Heating & Air has been doing the maintenance on our Heat Pump for several years. We knew the unit was living on borrowed time so we asked for an estimate on a new Heat Pump. The price we were given seemed very fair, and since we were already familiar with the company we had them put in the new unit. After inspecting everything they gave me their quote, and within a couple hours the repairs were completed. It has been a couple of months since the repairs and our unit is working perfectly.
