UPDATE: I am changing my review to a 5 star! The owner personally reached out to me & explained that the technician was intentionally doing this to mess up his business! He made me whole which is true customer service! I will definitely call him directly if I need services in the future! I called for service for keys locked inside my 2006 Chevrolet Impala that was running. The lady on the phone quoted me a $15 service charge to come out & the service starts at $35 and could go up based on the vehicle. I was charged $25 for the service charge & $175 for the service. Service charge prices shouldn't change when the technician arrives & a range of prices should be given on the actual service price. Highly disappointed in this bait & switch tactic used on people in desperate situations!
