Above and BEYOND! Chris and his team were courteous, professional and went way beyond the call of duty. Called Friday afternoon before Thanksgiving, they were here first thing Monday and would have had us fixed by Tuesday if not for the city going on holiday. It started as one gas leak that turned into a huge fiasco. Chris personally answered every call and text. We have worked w another local plumber and that was NOT the treatment we received. Highly recommend Legacy Plumbing.

Came on short notice on a Saturday!!! Good prices! And fast service!

Came out and looked at a shower we needed work done on. Gave a great quote but apparently to busy and unorganized. Told multiple times he would be out at the house before 4 called him by 330 just to be told he couldnt make it. I understand things come up but communication is key. Super unprofessional to have people waiting all day if you know you arent going to make it. Be sure to get your estimate on paper! When he came back to the house he said it would be more than our original price. I also understand getting into a project and it being more than expected but they hadnt even started the work before he was changing the price. Told he would be coming back the next day, never showed up, no communication. The worst part is they didnt put up any plastic or anything so the work they did do g

Thanks to legacy plumbing. We had a gas leak that resulted in a fire. He was able to get out the same day and get us all back up and running within a few hours. Great communication and very knowledgeable! Will use again
