Sears Appliance Repair

This was a warranty check up and my repair man did a great job. He was polite and very informative. I decided to take out the new warranty on all my appliances. Technician is Sergio.

Alexander was a great technician...prior technician misdiagnosed the problem, he correctly diagnosed and fixed it all in one visit. He was very polite, professional and answered all my questions patiently (yes, not a mechanically inclined female here). After being without a microwave for over 2 months, I'm ecstatic!

Sears is the WORST and their technicians are TERRIBLE!!!! They have the worst service ever and in my almost 4 yrs dealing with them I have yet to have ANY kind of good service. They rescheduled us 4-5 times and we still didn’t get our oven fixed and before a major cooking holiday!!!

Mr. Manuel was very professional, friendly and is meticulous in his work ethics, he carefully took the necessary parts out of the refrigerator and carefully replaced them after heat installed the new part. His work ethics and detail to duty reminded me of the employees at the Sears stores that my parents used & I used before they closed the stores.

The technician who installed my filter unit on my refrigerator was very efficient, very polite, and very knowledgeable. He called ahead of time and arrived at the time that he scheduled. I appreciated the level of his expertise. I asked several questions about my refrigerator and he gave me very useful and valuable information. I highly recommend this service and will definitely continue to use it whenever the need arises.
