We had hired them to replace our damaged plumbing at our beach house after the severe freeze in February. We requested photos of damage and for them to save the damaged pipes removed so we could complete a claim for insurance purposes. After it was all settled, they took no photos and they hauled away the damaged piping!!! He had no excuse or apology for not providing me the photos and evidence I needed to file my claim. He cheated me out of money because of the companies laziness.
I had replaced a hot water heater over the weekend, it has a smart system and I got an alert code, he responded quickly and took care of it for me, very nice person and checked on it quickly for me.Highly recommend!
Thank you for taking care of the plumbing issue at my home. I greatly appreciate you and your time!
