I have used Leggett exclusively for HVAC/plumbing maintenance and repair for my home and rental properties for over 10 years. I have been impressed with the thoroughness of their work and their honesty with suggestions for upgrades. We've been happy customers of Leggett for more than a dozen years now. We use them for our heating and cooling system maintenance mostly. They also quickly replaced our water heater a few years ago when it suddenly started leaking. Today we had them replace our worn out water softener that was installed by another company many years ago. As usual, the cost was reasonable and the work quality excellent. Our tech, Keith, is outstanding! He's very professional, polite, and personable. He happily answered all our questions and described all the work he had done. I think our basement is cleaner now than when he got here! Thank you for another project well done at our home!

Keith replaced my old water heater. Jeff called me to say that Keith was in his way and should be there by 8:30. Keith was kind enough to take my old water heater and set it up by the sidewalk for pickup. Keith did a fantastic job. He brought in his shop vac and vacuumed where the old water heater sat. He showed me the two new shut off values and the new expansion tank. He explained the new water to me as to where he set the temperature and how to relight the pilot if it goes out. Keith cleaned up the area after he was all done. He wrote a detailed bill as to what he had done. I also appreciate Jeff scheduling to have my water heater replaced.

We don't need to THINK about our new Carrier heat pump keeping us warm in the single-digit temps this winter, but we FEEL gratitude for it every day! Leggett's expertise, experience, and integrity brings emotional as well as physical comfort. Jeff and Andy are like HVAC brain surgeons! They invested the time and diligence to install a system specifically designed for our needs (not a rote HVAC "package") - perfectly combining the old and the new for a perfect result. The Leggett family of employees deserve all of the customer loyalty that they get! Great job!
