Leisure Craft Pools

Installed new concrete surrounding our pool. Rust marks and cement are coating all of the tile surrounding the top of the pool and looks horrible. Impossible to get in touch with anyone to come and correct the problem they created. They just take your money and run.

Had no issues until this year when they did a crappy job opening up our pool. I had to leave for 15minutes while they were there & when I came back they were gone & pool looked like swamp water. I waited a couple days hoping pool would get better or they would call me and explain to me what happened. None of that occurred I had to call send photos and wait. I get a random text saying they are coming. Pool was still cloudy after 2 set of people came out not like swamp water at least and we had to keep adding chemicals. This did happen last year…. Pros they did a good job of cleaning up after themselves & getting rid of all the leaves on the pool after the first set attempted to clean the pool. I signed a contract with Leisure Craft on July 12, 2023. I paid a deposit of $6338.75 with the understanding that my pool would be resurfaced this summer (2024). It was late May before I was given a service date. I started calling the company in March. The staff kept telling me that Jeffrey (the owner), does the scheduling and that they would send him a message. I wanted to know when they were planning to do the work, as I didn't want to spend the money to open the pool if they were planning to do the work in June. On the other hand, if they couldn't do the work until September, I could use the pool until then. I was told that they would do the work in June. June came and went, and nobody came. I kept calling and was given the same excuse, that Jeff did the scheduling and they couldn't

Omg thank you Leisure Bryce & Lewis for our pool Rescue. If I could rate them 1000⭐️ I would. Bryce & Lewis very knowledgeable. Tested our water twice before adding any chemicals. Vacuumed and brushed our pool. These guys have the knowledge and work hard. If you need a knowledgeable pool service, I highly recommend Leisure. Thank you so very much!!!!

A friend referred me to Leisure Craft in 2015 when I bought my home. Service was good for the first few years. When they lost “Andrew” service issues began. First issue, they opened the pool, left a message that I’d need to call to schedule a service call to repair the heater. Upon inspection the technician failed to turn on the gas. This year the heater fired and then shut down. Called Joe in service, he called back two days later. In the meantime, I read an online Hayward manual and learned they failed to open the bypass valve. The technician replied he was not familiar with Hayward heaters. When you call service, you get excuses, not solutions. I called and spoke to Joe in service and reviewed the deficiencies in the services that I was paying for. I discussed the various problems and
