Extremely poor craftsmanship and (as others have noted) really bad at giving advice. They convinced us to upgrade the handrails to cedar. We spent extra on this because they promised it would last longer. Pictures are from about 6 years after the work was completed.

He designed and installed our new deck and convinced me to use an under deck system I was not familiar with. Big mistake. It leaked from day one and after several attempts to fix he said he would replace if it leaked again. Of course it leaked again and he would no return my calls, texts or emails. After 6 months I gave up and spent $8,000 to have a underdeck system that is dry. When we demoed Leisure Designs system we discovered that there was mold and rotten wood and that the system he sold us would never have worked. Not sure if it’s a case of incompetence someone who was only interested in making a buck.

Scheduled an appt for estimate at 1pm , when I called he told me he had it for 3pm , at 4:35 I called back and left a message and didn't get a response . If you have to leave work for an appt and not even a courtesy call from this company to reschedule, very inconsiderate and unprofessional. don't waste your time.

Very professional and does great work! Always on time and reliable! Very knowledgeable and has great work ethics! Highly recommended!
