Lem-Aire Heating & Cooling LLC

We have had two calls in to Lem-Aire and both times the service and interactions have been amazing. Last year Micheal came out and fixed up a fuse/wire issue for us with same day service. Yesterday our fan motor was out on our A/C. Jim came out yesterday and diagnosed the issue and then today was able to get the new part installed and our home is back to running like normal. I received a prompt response to every contact and every question, and was met with kindness and knowledge in each instance. We will remain Lem-Aire loyal clients as long as we own a home in Heath! Thanks for the great work fella’s! If you need something fixed with your A/C or Furnace Lem-Aire should always be the first call in my opinion! 10/10 Service every time!

Lost power to my furnace after a power line was pulled off the house by a tree. Called the morning after the line had been fixed and I found the problem. They were booked for 2 weeks but they care out late that same day. Found the problem within 10 minutes. They didn’t have the part on their truck but came back at 8am the next morning and installed it. Best $120 I’ve ever spent. I was expecting $250-$300. They didn’t try to sell me anything else or tell me I needed extra services. I WILL use them again in the future. Very professional!!

I contacted Lem-Aire to ask them to come and check my furnace since it's a new heating season and I'd noticed a couple of issues with the furnace in the past. I was able to get an appointment for the next week (I called on a Friday). A day before my appointment, our hot water tank pilot light went out and would not stay lit. I checked Lem-Aire's website and they also work on hot water tanks. I contacted them that day and asked if their tech could also check the hot water tank. They said no problem. They showed up on time and was able to take care of both problems the same day. Very professional and VERY reasonably priced. Highly recommend!

Atrocious service. Stated replacing a cracked heat exchanger would solve my lack of heat in my home. Heat exchanger was under warranty so I had them replace it to the tune of $700 dollars. Woke up on the middle of the night to a 30 degree house which is not ok when you have a 3 month old baby. Called them up again, Jim once again came out, stated that the pressure switches were bad, needed replace. approved the work, 273 dollars gone. Stayed at the house solo this time, boom, no heat over the night. Next up "Must be the board". Almost 1000 dollars and three weeks later I still had no heat. I would advise anyone to seek service elsewhere lest you fall victim to "one part at a time".

My furnace was not working, Megan took my call and sent Michael to my house to repair furnace, Michael repaired it in about a half hour. Thank You for quick response and professionalism. I highly recommend Lem-Aire Heating & Cooling. Thank You, Jim Hoffer
