L'Enfant East Parking Garage

L’Enfant Ace parking garage is a disaster. We parked our car there to go to the Spy museum. It took us over 45 mn to finally be able to find the hidden door back to the garage. The security person in the plaza building was beyond useless in helping us locate the entrance door. The signage inside the food court not only is barely decipherable but gives no clue as to where parking can be accessed. There are no helpful directories. This nonsense felt like being caught in the hedge maze from The Shining. Total failure on accessibility and clarity of signage. We felt lucky to finally be able to get our car. We will never use this parking garage ever again .

had a pretty good experience parking here. We reserved from 2pm to 2am but we ended up getting back by midnight. The first attendant wasnt that knowledgeable but he did let us know the staff leaves at midnight. The garage isn't bad but we had to walk down the ramp to get outside since the elevators were confusing and the first parking attendant wasnt knowledgeable. He gave us one ticket but we later learned that he should have given us two tickets to exit the garage ( we reserved on spothero). Luckily, the second attendant that was there when we came back was more knowledgeable and helped us

Easy to use parking garage. There are multiple elevators to enter the building but only a few are accessible without a key card. This was a little disorienting as I was arriving for a morning meeting and had to use a service elevator to get to the ground floor and then find the building my meeting was in. Additionally the stoplight in the garage signage was incorrectly located. The sign required you to stop for the light about six feet before the sensor for the light. This resulted in me waiting at the designated spot for about a minute before I pulled far enough in to trigger the light.

I bought my parking on park whiz. Once we arrived we hit to speak to an attendant (because although it says attended there is no one there) and she said that just to hit call at the end of the night and since you bought it on Park Whiz they will just let you out. At the end of the night while trying to get out no one would pick up the call button and we tried multiple times (this seemed to be happening to everyone in the garage) So, we had to pay for parking twice ($17 and $23). I have been trying to get a refund for one of these and it has been a week. They said the lot manager would email me and they have not. Please do not give these people your money.

This was truly a nightmare. It was extremely difficult just to find the way to the ground level after arriving. When we returned, we couldn’t even find the entrance to the parking garage and had to walk around for nearly an hour trying to figure out where to go. This was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. If I had the option, I wouldn’t even give this place one star.
