Scott, kayla, and steve are always amazing! so much so, I am doing my first google review for them. They do their hardest trying to help, and get me in and out of the shop super quick. Much appreciated guys and gals👏🏼

After a few attempts of calling the commercial department to try and get pricing and availability for a package unit and not getting any response for almost a week, Kayla Stallings went above and beyond to make sure I got the help I needed. With the help of Scott Chambers I had the quote on my email in just a few moments after speaking with Kayla. That's what you call good service and helping your customer. Thank you both!!!

Im a service 5ech and came in looking for a limit switch for a heater this morning. Employees at the counter looked at the part and me and stated they dont have the parts. Took their word and assumed they knew. Even though he never looked at the computer. My office ordered the part and they said it was in stock. So a 2nd trip a couple hours after I was already here and the part was here entire time. Make sure these people do their job and definitely dont take them at their words. Do better
