Lennox Stores (Parts Plus)

Useless. I needed a simple replacement furnace filter cabinet part, and they told me, "Too Bad. We don't sell to homeowners".

Super helpful! They didn’t happen to have the part we needed in stock, but directed us to another business that did. Took the time to look up the part number and catalog number for us, too! I wish all companies had this level of customer service.

Can’t ever get a hold of someone when I need parts for at least a half hour. I dread when I have to repair Lennox furnaces/A/c’s because this service is beyond unbelievable. To constantly be put on hold and hear the phone pick up/put down is ridiculous.

They only sell to HVAC Contractors... NOT OPEN TO THE PUBLIC

Good group of friendly hard working guys. They always do their best to make sure you get the right part on time.
