John Strickland and a technician Zach were instrumental in finding out issue and preventing further CO from the furnace (a true save); thank you J Leo Roth for your professionalism and diligence in addressing a crucial service during the cold January days and providing extra heaters while replacing the part that ceased to function. A great company to have around for maintenance and service.

Since having Leo J Roth HVAC install our new furnace and AC, we have them service the furnace in the fall and AC in the spring. They are easy to schedule and timely when doing the maintenance. We just had Pat with Leo J Roth Plumbing Division out on Tuesday to estimate the plumbing work and today the work was completed by Sully. Fantastic job!

Cannot recommend service based on the drivers alone. Your driver who takes manitou treats their van like a drag vehicle cutting other cars off racing for the on ramp. Based on that alone I cannot recommend

Not good so far. Our A/C failed roughly 10 days ago. We got a tech to come and replace a capacitor which got our A/C unit to start but it wasn't cooling. We called back and got another tech who told us the windings in our fan were bad which was causing the fan motor to run backwards. That sounded strange to me but we agreed and were told the part would be shipped overnight. That was more than a week ago. On follow up calls we were told the part was shipped to the wrong address but would be reordered for the next day but we didn't hear back. I called again and got a return call apologizing and guaranteeing they would be here first thing Monday but they were a no show. I called again and was told the tech had an emergency and will call another tech. Still waiting for a call.

We had a new furnace and air conditioning equipment installed in our house and the crew sent was friendly, and knowledgeable. John, Phil and Nick handled the installation process professionally and addressed all of our questions from the first quote and through the completion of the install. They were tidy and clean and dealt with the few issues our old house threw at them without any problems. Overall, they were responsive and quick and I would highly recommend them as the first point of contact for any HVAC-related concerns.
