My firm is a leading manufacturer in our industry delivering the highest standards of quality with an unblemished completion history. For the past 9 years, Lepko Finishing has been our First Tier powder coating vendor and part of that success. The Company has invested in building infrastructure and machinery constantly improving their process. Sometimes, it does take a few calls to get a response. They’re Busy because they’re good at what they do.

I called about an order one of my suppliers had done for me asking for a paint report, and Matt gave me serious attitude for asking about it claiming "he didn't make that much money on the job" and he doesn't know why he's had to take multiple phone calls and emails about it; on top of that he said he didn't know what a paint report was. I'm sorry, but you don't treat paying customers that way (even if you didn't make a ton of money) and you should know what a paint report is AS A PAINTER. If I can have my suppliers avoid using them for jobs, I will.

Refuses to speak over the phone, you can only submit a request for a quote by email and then they don't get back to you for a week.
