Called early today to check the availability of an item. Lady on the phone was great. She searched the store with me on the phone and found what I was looking for. Had my sister stop by in her way home from work and was told by another gentleman that they do not carry the product. When I called to figure out the issue it became clear… he was just lazy. “We don’t carry that product” turned into “oh I know what you’re talking about, I don’t think we have it” turned into “we moved some stuff around in the store and I’m not sure where to find it”. So I guess I’ll just waste my time and fuel to come into town to do his job… unbelievable…

I been doing business for the past 3 years always been great until they hire this guy. Last two times he is being rude and he ignores me. Very unprofessional and no respect. I am not going back unless is some one else. No name tag.

Great service and Kathy and Dan were amazing. Both knew exactly what they were talking about and fixed my problem with my pump right away. Highly recommend talking to either of them. Will definitely be back

They were super nice.. Had so much stuff that you would need for your spa or pool. I didn't have enough money and the salesman was so patient with me as we had to take off nearly all of my items. But I definitely will be going back. Even if it is 45 minutes away...

Jordan W. was a friendly and very helpful young man. He was knowledgeable and clearly likes his job. I work in customer service and this is extremely important as I post in most of my reviews. I would go out of my way to visit any place like this! Thanks and your store has our business!
