Level Creek Property Restoration

Level Creek did a fantastic job and I am satisfied with what they did. They took over the entire water problems I had in my basement and control the mole problems as well. I will let to thanks Trenton and Gustavo Good Job guys, you people are the best.

Travis and all the wonderful people at Level Creek Property Restoration were amazing to work with for the repairs on our garage. They were so responsive and professional, from the very first conversation. Travis was fantastic; always keeping us up to date on repairs and the estimated cost. Our would garage looked better, even when we first moved into our home. We would definitely recommend them for any small or large renovations.

Level Creek Property Restoration and PM Steve Brown and Foreman Miguel did an amazing job from start to finish on reconstruction of our property which experienced 3 levels of water damage. They were always on time, courteous, clean & respectful of our home. We experienced a major loss & they finished all of our work within 3 weeks as promised with top notch quality workmanship. After a fire in our home, our insurance company sent a variety of contractors to move us out, remediate smoke damage, rebuild damaged areas, and move us back. Of all the businesses that we dealt with, the only one that performed well was Level Creek. We argued with our insurance company to use someone else for remediation and thoroughly regret it. Level Creek does remediation as well and is part of a network of businesses preferred by our insurance company. You know how hard it is to find contractors these days. Read my other reviews! But from the moment Dave set foot on our property, we felt something was different about this company. Thank you so much for caring about us and for doing such a great job!!!!!

After last years hurricane dropped a tree on my home, my next door neighbor referred me to Level Creek. I got to witness them rebuild my neighbors home after a complete loss to fire, so I was confident this was the right call to make. Steve Brown managed the project and was more than fair with me. Always made an effort to get the most out of the insurance claim. We got several additional reimbursements as the rebuild went on and new damages were found. We were in communication weekly about we were at and what we needed from each other to keep things moving. Like 2/3 thirds of the home had to be stripped to the studs from the tree damage and as we learned asbestos sheetrock. It was a lot of work, electrical, plumbing, flooring, and some reframing.
