Called because I was having issues with my samsung washer. Helped me trouble shoot over the phone first, tried those suggestions and it seemed to correct. y problem for now. Will definitely call if issue persists in the future. Very nice guy easy to talk to.

Employee was extremely friendly and efficient in attempting to solve our situation. Unfortunately, our washer was unable to be repaired due to a part no longer being sold. But they were very thorough in their attempt to fix our problem. They were also very timely. We called and had service the next business day. We would definitely call again!

First of all, the staff is so friendly from the techs who have been to my home to the secretary who answers the phones ( she is always very friendly and helpful.) I have nothing but great things to say. I have had other companies here to fix my washer, but this time it was done right, and the techs seem very knowledgeable. I am about 30 minutes from them, and they always seem to get me in ASAP. I would highly recommend this appliance service to anyone looking for a business who is not only great at what they do, but also very friendly and accommodating. Thanks again Lewis Appliance staff!!

Our dryer quit,heating. Lewis ordered the part and was in our home within 48 hrs. He replaced the part a and the charge was less than expected. A few days later it happened again we called he ordered part again and came out next day and repaired at no charge. Was not expecting that. Awesome service and quick

We have a problem with our not even year old washer . The warranty service referred Lewis appliance . After 2 weeks they came to check it out , said what the problem was and needed to order a part . Each week we called to see if the part was in . Nobody ever answers , we leave a message and they call back at completely random times from a private number . They tell us the part is on backorder . Now it's been a month same story . We called whirlpool and told them what's going on. They said they have plenty of these parts and they are not on back order. Whirlpool sent us the part , which we received in 3 days . Now we have to wait yet again for this worthless company Lewis appliance to show up to install the new part . We've called multiple times and nobody ever answers the phone . Terrible
