Responding to their response below: #1 ... you're lying. While you may have recorded the phone call, it was not ME that called, but my wife. I HOPE customers call and ask to listen to the recording, because before my wife finished a sentence, the secretary was unhinged!! There are literally 50 reviews saying the same thing we are. I think the reviews speak for themselves. #2 ... work with Whirlpool to correct your issues. If we're told YOU are coming because Whirlpool sets up the appt., why would we have reason to doubt them? We take time off of work to meet the service provided and then they don't show. Are you telling me, Whirlpool does not contact you after they schedule a service appt? Mason and Michael came and saved the day! Our dryer decided to quit working and we were stuck going to the Laundromat. Not fun at all. We called for the repairs and they came to save the day. Very professional!!! Will definitely be calling Lewis in the future and referring to anyone I know who needs appliance repair!! Thanks guys!

I understand why they have a three star- Whirlpool assigned this company to my warranty claim and I confirmed everything directly with Whirlpool, including the service date and time. Lewis Appliance Services says they called me once 4 days before the appointment, but I live in a rural Amish community with poor cell service. A professional company should follow up or use email if they don’t reach someone. I took off work for this appointment and cannot afford to do that twice. When I called, the representative talked over me, was defensive, and would not let me explain. Very rude and unprofessional. Customers should not be blamed for communication failures when the warranty company already confirmed the appointment. I do not recommend this company and will be reporting the issue to Whirlpoo

Great communication. They give you a window of time that the tech will be there. The tech called and made sure we were still good with that time. My refrigerator was diagnosed, a part had to be ordered, the part came in, and they came back to put the part in. I have a warranty plan, and luckily the warranty company uses Lewis Appliance repair. I’ve had Michael as a tech both times they came out. He is very personable, answers questions, and is very professional.

This company is supposed to be partnered with my service plan. I have an appointment set up to repair my washer. Do these? Do these guys call me? No they don't. Do they email me? No they don't. Do they answer their phone when I call them? No they don't. What they did do was wait until after the time frame that the service call was meant to be and then emailed my service plan provider and told them that they would only come out for double the price. This company is a scam. Do not trust them in your home.
