We have had LG Flint twice do work for us. The first was in 1984 when we added a sunroom off of our kitchen. We were so impressed with that job and the attention to detail that when we decided to extend that sunroom in 2023, which really meant gutting it and rebuilding most of it, we didn't even contact anyone but LG Flint Contractors because of the work that they did for us the first time. We were also impressed with their 5 year warranty guarantee which they have stood behind since Lloyd Flint started the company. All of the workers were respectful, polite, easy to work with and really became like family. Matt Novack was the project manager and was so attentive to our vision and our budget. We could not have asked for a more professional experience.

We can't say enough good things about LG Flint. Our experience with them through our bathroom remodel was fantastic across the board. Amy did a wonderful job walking us through the process, communicating with suppliers, and helping us nail down all the right pieces. Josias was basically a member of the family through the work and always took the time to make sure it was done right and done the way we wanted it. We will absolutely come back when it's time for the kitchen. Just a great team and a really positive company in our community!

LG Flint recently built our custom home and we have been completely satisfied with the experience and the result. They offer high quality for great value and best-in-class customer service. Flint was great to work with. They have highly skilled crews that have an attention to detail. Our project manager, Chris, and site foreman, Bo, were attentive to all our needs. They listened, communicated effectively, offered great solutions and worked collaboratively with us to remain within budget. We could not be happier with the experience.

We are extremely pleased with the three bathroom and two bedroom remodel completed by L.G. Flint. Two bathrooms were completely gutted and rebuilt. The third was built from scratch in an otherwise unfinished basement. Professional project management and onsite master carpentry skills provided by Amy and Josias respectively, kept progress on track. L.G. Flint's partnership with various area tradesmen was also a crucial component of the project's success. We can't say enough about Josias bringing his skills to bear on this project. A built in dresser in the master bedroom coupled with the storage benches under the dormer windows along with the many other custom contributions throughout our transformed home, completed our dream renovation.

Flint did a great job on our basement redo Amy was a great project manager. Her attention to details was very good. Harold was a good construction lead. Kept everything in order and on time.
