They turned around their quote in a few days and met our budget. From the first time we worked with Jacob and Brett, they were professional, courteous, and respectful. Our renovation involved relocating our kitchen and adding a 12-foot folding patio door, which meant that floors, exterior walls, wiring, HVAC, and plumbing needed to be moved, updated, or replaced. Our home sustained flood damage in Hurricane Helene.  Through a referral we contacted Liberty within a couple of weeks and met with Brett and Jacob in the house. We did not immediately retain them because like many others we did not know what to do.  They worked up a proposal that was reasonable but exerted no pressure on us to sign. Several weeks later we decided to go ahead with restoration/renovation. They took over from that point, first applying for and obtaining a permit in February, then almost immediately going to work. I have had my whole house remodeled and couldn’t be happier! I will say the biggest reason why I gave Liberty Custom Builders a five star is because they are honest, Hard workers, very detailed with exceptional work. They would always get back with me quickly w any questions or my concerns. My other security is they are both Licensed State Contractors. I can’t say enough about how happy we were with Liberty. Our house was damaged from hurricane Helene. Brett, Taylor, and Jacob really came through for us. Not only did the remodel come out beyond our expectations, but the day to day dealing with a project of this magnitude was really easy and stress free. The communication was excellent, they were flexible, and incredibly professional. They finished our project in less time than some builders took to get permits, we are very grateful for them.
