I’m very disappointed with their service. It took them a long time to finish the installation of my backyard railing, and after it was completed, I noticed a few damages on the railing. They also didn’t clean up after the installation — the railing was dirty and messy. Overall, I’m not satisfied with the work they did.

We utilized Liberty Fence & Supply, LLC, for our fence installation in 1/2023. The crew hit one of our sprinkler lines while trenching down to install the fence. At the time, the team attempted to fix the damaged line. We recently had our sprinklers turned on in our new build house (as of 11/2022), and water was leaking from the site where the crew damaged the line. My husband, John, notified the owner Collin, and he refused to come and fix the damaged line or hire a knowledgeable and experienced sprinkler company to come out and fix it for him. According to his contract, Collin told my husband this was a pre-existing line issue, but that was not the case after I contacted our builder. Collin has been a class act with my fence installation and fellow veteran-even when my back yard was giving way he came and fixed the foundation and resecured my fence post from the rain. Solid guy and just knows what’s right and wrong. Highly recommend the services.
