In today’s society good customer service is hard to find. Today I found excellent CUSTOMER SERVICE at Liberty Landscape in Fernandina Beach, Fl 32034. Gabby and Jeff went above and beyond my expectations today and with a smile. I have dealt with Liberty Landscape on multiple occasions but today was better than normal. Jeff and Gabby was able to meet my request. I will certainly mention to all my neighbors Liberty Landscape when asked where and who supplied my rock and plants.

Katie, the nursery manager will give you all the details associated with any particular plant. She will include the benefits, the ideal situation the things that can go wrong And why they would go wrong. Prices are extremely competitive and if you are military, don’t forget your 5% discount. They also now have a rewards program that gives you points towards future purchases. You can’t go wrong, great warranty on the majority of the products. We are extremely pleased with Liberty's service and final product. They transformed our yard from what was a mess to a place to go outside to relax and enjoy. They did the backyard, the two sides of the house and an area in the front yard. Additionally, they made a lot of adjustments to the sprinkler system. The shining star in this process was the designer Bruno! Exactly what a company needs to represent them. He asked a ton of questions before he drew up a blueprint showing what plants to put where. He presented his plan patiently walking through all our options. He made adjustments as necessary. I cannot say enough about Bruno's knowledge and communication skills. All around, just a good guy. Excellent experience with their palm tree purchase and installation! The crew that installed my two Queen Palms really took pride in their work during the entire installation process. They were very careful not only with my trees, but with my lawn and my property, as well as with the cleanup afterward. I couldn't be happier with how these beautiful palms added to the appearance of my backyard!

Under the direction of landscaping designer Bruno Adaro, Liberty just completed installing a backyard patio for us, as well as beautiful plantings.  We could not be happier with how it all turned out, and how amazing Bruno and his crew were every step of the way.  They were all such a pleasure to work with, explaining every element of the process as it progressed. Bruno's design ideas were exactly what we wanted for the space, and were beautifully executed. Highly recommend Bruno and his Liberty team for any outdoor plans!
