Liberty Plumbing

We recently were looking for a plumbing company to do a small project and we found Liberty Plumbing and are so glad that we did. Justin and Wes were both prompt, courteous and very professional. The office seems to be very well run as well. We will continue to use them and highly recommend to anyone looking for prompt honest repairs at a fair price.

Jack and his team do an excellent job in all facets of plumbing. They take the time to diagnose and explain the issue and gives specific details of the repair process. Chris is very knowledgeable and gives an honest opinion of the work needed to better serve the customer. He truly cares about his work. He makes a difficult plumbing problem seem less stressful. Couldn't recommend this family run business enough to my friends and family!!

We contacted Liberty because an Atlanta Gas Light employee told us that we needed a 1/4 inch rise of our flue and that it’s was back drafting CO2. We were in a panic thinking we could’ve died and in a hurry to get someone to fix our problem so that we could enjoy hot water again (a luxury you don’t realize you have until it’s gone). I called a few places and read few reviews and ultimately decided to go with Liberty Plumbing which was the best decision! They sent out Kevin who was very personable, knowledgeable, honest and an all around good guy! He assessed the situation which turned out to be no situation—the AGL guy was completely wrong. It was a relief to hear because instead of thousands of dollars we thought we’d have to spend it ended up being less than $150. All this to say—give

I noticed water around & inside my water meter, while cutting the yard. I called Liberty Plumbing & they dispatched Chris on the same day. Chris was very thorough & polite. I was given 2 options, to patch or replace. I opted to replace the entire waterline from the meter to house. Chris provided a quote & the repair service was scheduled quickly. On the repair day, both Chris’s showed up. Area dug out & new line approximately 100’, went in from meter & into my crawl space, with a turnoff valve. These guys were so efficient, quick, professional, thorough, informative, customer service skillsets were excellent & they worked hard, in the heat. I am very pleased with the replacement. Thomas was excellent! He installed our dish washer super smoothly and was very friendly! 10/10 recommend this company and we will use them anytime we need a plumber going forward.
