Used the company throughout the last 10 years, because they always did a thorough job and practiced excellent customer service. Unfortunately, the last service call we recently had will literally be our last. A woman from the company called for the follow up with my wife. My wife explained that a spot was left. My wife ended up being connected to the fellow that did the cleaning who basically stated that "whenever" they are in our area they would address the issue with the spot in the carpet. He stated that they are hardly in our area. I thought the whole point of a follow up call was to actually follow up. We didn't expect they would be so unprofessional based on our past experiences with them. I guess they no longer practice the same professionalism and customer care that they once did.

They came out and sprayed my house for pests and within 2 days I completely stopped seeing bugs! This was the best thing considering I have a huge tree infront of my home and bushes. I can comfortably walk into my house at night without worrying about bugs being all over my front door!

My husband, Don and I have been married 57 years. We have four wonderful children (a son and three daughters), two great son-in-laws, six amazing grandchildren and one adorable great grandson. Don retired in December 1994 and for twelve years we spent six months a year traveling the U.S, and also the Maritime Provinces in Canada. We now spend the winters in Winter Haven, Florida. I have also traveled to Hawaii, London, Paris, Rome, Venice and Monte Carlo. We hired Liberty to spray for spiders when we moved to Anchor Bay on the water, we've also had them clean our carpets Sharon and Skip deserve kudos for hiring the best employ

Used them from lawn care, carpet cleaning, mosquito spray, bees spider spray and water restoration when our basement flooded. Very friendly and very happy with all of their services. They do an awesome job!!!
