Customer service is horribly racist. Just call (Nov,6,2025 around 4.10 pm, ZIP 96150) I received horrible treatment; she didn't understand me, supposedly; But when I had to explicitly ask her to stop ignoring me, she began to understand me perfectly and magically we could do the right thing in a few minutes. Liberty could work perfect, but that thing… someone has to check it.

Absolutely the worst electric company I’ve ever dealt with. No accountability for tripling my monthly bill, when I haven’t had any changes to account for it! Ripping off CA residents!

Melissa was incredibly rude, inpatient, and un-empathetic. She continued to repeat herself even after telling her I understood what she was saying, and she was very belittling. They have not had my correct contact information on file for years, and unknowingly, the bill was not being sent to the correct address, and they didn't give me a 24 hour notice until MULTIPLE years later when the bill was 5,000.00 something. Insane. You would think this company's communication would be much better. The worst part I finally got it settled, gave them the correct contact info, and mailing address, and still HAVE NOT received one bill in the mail. There is a reason this is a one star company. Melissa was absolutely the rudest person I’ve ever talked to on the phone when I called them because I hadn’t received a bill in three months. He then proceeded to tell me it was my fault but couldn’t back it up with billing. It’s sad. They have a monopoly in our area.

Spent $3k on a panel upgrade and EV charger install to get on the time of use plan, 3 months later I still don’t have the meter and therefore am not on time of use rate. Customer service is non-existent, call and just wait on hold forever even though it says 1 minute wait time. Multiple messages through the contact form, no response, if you actually get someone on the phone you get directed to leave a voicemail for the scheduling team and never get a call back.
